Ninjutsu - This is the most common jutsu most ninja use. Most ninjutsu techniques requires the usage of chakra and hand seals. The usage of weapons is also considered to be ninjutsu.
Taijutsu - When you see any kind of martial arts or feat done by a normal human function, it's considered to be taijutsu. Though it typically doesn't involve chakra, it's not uncommon to see people using chakra to enhance their taijutsu techniques.
